Each rental card shows the daily rate, total price, vehicle class, transmission, passenger capacity, and pickup type (in-terminal, on-airport shuttle, or off-airport shuttle).
For airport pickups, you'll see a counter wait time estimate next to each rental. When there's a meaningful gap between agencies at the same airport, a "faster pickup" or "slower pickup" badge appears so the difference is visible at a glance. Every rental on Gondola is booked directly with the rental car agency, so the reservation behaves exactly like one made on the supplier's own site. That means full travel loyalty points, status perks (skip-the-counter, vehicle upgrades, free rental days, etc.) honored at the counter, credit card rental coverage that still applies, and a reservation that shows up in the rental car agency's own app, the same way a direct booking would.
Gondola adds extra cash back on every rental, on top of your direct booking. Members earn 1%, Silver members earn 2%, and Gold members earn 3%. Gondola Cash applies to any future booking on Gondola, hotel or rental.
