How does Gondola keep my data safe?

Gondola scans travel confirmation emails from verified providers to update your loyalty dashboard and trip history. The service does not access personal emails — only data from travel provider confirmations is used. Your data is secure and never sold.

Do you store my emails?

No, Gondola does not retain emails. Account deletion removes all associated data from our systems. You can review our Privacy Policy for additional details.

How does credit card linking work?

Gondola partners with MX, a financial data provider, to securely connect major credit card issuers including Amex, Chase, and Bilt. This integration enables you to view credit card rewards alongside travel points and receive automatic notifications when rates decrease for upcoming accommodations.
