Gondola's hotel search is designed for frequent travelers. Every result is personalized based on you, your loyalty accounts, travel history, and preferences so you can quickly identify the best possible stay for you.

The Basics

When you search with Gondola, the platform instantly pulls direct rates across all your favorite loyalty programs (like Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and IHG), as well as member deals and discounts, all in one search.

The service shows personalized cash results based on your unique loyalty accounts and travel history, surfacing the true best cash and points deals curated to you instead of just showing sponsored results.

Filters, Sorting, and Map View

Whether you're trying to find a hotel with a great gym or pool, looking for the best way to redeem those Chase points, or trying to find a stay with free breakfast, you can narrow your search in seconds. You can even filter by room type, like a suite for a family trip or a king room for a quick business stay.

Sort & Compare

Use Sort & Compare to quickly re-rank results based on what matters most for your trip.

Sort By:

• Recommended surfaces the best overall option based on price, points value, and flexibility
• Best Cash Value highlights the strongest direct cash deals, considering historical pricing
• Best Points Value highlights the strongest points deals using relative cent per point value across chains
• Lowest Cost shows the cheapest stays first
• Closest is useful for when you're searching for stays nearest to your destination

Compare Amenities lets you evaluate amenities across every property. Select an amenity like Fitness Center, Pool, or Spa, and Gondola will surface the relevant photos from each hotel so you can quickly compare them side by side.

Loyalty Filters

Loyalty Filters sort by both credit card transfer partners (Amex, Bilt, Chase, etc.) and specific hotel loyalty programs (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, etc.). This makes it easy to focus on stays where you can maximize or redeem the points and benefits you actually use.

Room & Bed Types

Room Types lets you filter for the right setup before you click into a hotel. Choose between room categories like Suites, Studios, or Standard rooms. Or choose your preferred Bed Type such as 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Double, etc.

Advanced Filters

Advanced Filters give you more control, letting you filter by the Total Cash Cost or the Total Points Cost, or only see the hotels available to book with your points. You can also narrow results by star rating or by the amenities you care about most.

Map View

Map View lets you explore hotels by location while still highlighting the best deal. As you move around the map, Gondola updates results in real time so you can see how price, points, and availability change by neighborhood.
