How does Gondola track my trips automatically?

By connecting your email, Gondola adds upcoming hotel and flight reservations from verified travel providers directly to your Trips page in one organized view. Gondola keeps track of those reservations, always looking for rate drops on your refundable stays.

I'm missing some trips. What should I do?

If a trip isn't showing on your Trips page, click "Missing trips?" at the bottom of your trip list. From there, you can forward a confirmation email to trips@gondola.ai or add a trip manually. You can also contact support@gondola.ai if you need help.
