I'm Missing Some Trips. What Should I Do?

If a trip isn't showing on your Trips page, click "Missing trips?" at the bottom of your trip list to open options for adding it.
Forward a confirmation email: Enter the email address you'll forward from, verify it, and then forward your hotel or flight confirmation to trips@gondola.ai. We'll add it automatically and start tracking it for savings.
Add a trip manually: Select "Add Hotel" or "Add Flight" and enter your reservation details directly. Gondola will start monitoring your stay for rate drops right away.
